I have a home with tile and hardwood floors and children playing and snacking on said floors. That had me in the lookout for a good mop which could get these floors clean without too much hassle. Enters Nellie's Wow Mop!
I decided to get the Wow Mop because of the high frequency pads which oscillate so I don't have to break my back scrubbing the floors like I did with other mops. It comes with washable reusable floor cleaning pads, a measuring cup for liquid, and charging cord since is a cord free mop, and the mop itself is equipped with a water reservoir and built in sprayer.
Firstly. When it arrived it was in such a small box I thought "this can't be all of it." Then I opened it and it was so neatly boxed! Everything easily went together and I had a nice full sized mop! The battery contained a charge already so I added liquid to the water chamber with the included measuring cup and went to work! The battery lasts through about 3 or 4 cleanings of my floors though I need to refill the water chamber at the start of each cleaning.
I have used essential oils in the liquid which work fine but I think the oil eventually clogged the sprayer because for a time it was not working but I ran hot water and some dish soap (as was suggested to me by the Nellie's customer service) through the chamber and it cleared it up without much hassle. Now if I use essential oils in the water reservoir then every few uses I will use water with a drop of dish soap through and it seems to keep it clean.
I love the way that it scrubs mechanically which both saves me a lot of effort and cleans between the flooring cracks really well. The Wowmop is easy to use and convenient for the whole family. It was initially a bit of an investment but I think it will last me many years and keep my floors bright and clean. The Wowmop is so lightweight that even my children can use it and help with cleaning.
The mop works on hardwood, tile, and laminate flooring.
